how do i recharge my air con where is the low pressure vaulve 2002 deicel mondao

The recharge/discharge tube is just to the left of the radiator (if you are looking to the rear of the car), and slightly in front of the washer water bottle.

It is an aluminium tube sticking vertically upwards and should have a black plastic cap on it. The tube is about 1cm in diameter.
