Mend Hotpoint Aquarius Error Hello Machine

Hotpoint Aquarius WF640 1400 error message LESL?

Hello, my machine is only 6 months old and has developed a fault! the error message reads what looks like LESE but the 'L' looks like an inverted crossed 7. When the machine is switched on it wants to go ito spin mode, I have checked the water supply connections and filter just incase it was clogged with fluff ( this was completely clean)

Any suggestions

make sure the door of the washer is open, then switch the machine on. Then you hold in both the on/off AND the start/ cancel button at the same time , after a few seconds it should say 'd-off ' . You should then start the machine as normal.
