how can i fix my hotpoint aquarius WM72P?

electricity tripped while in middle of a cycle, when the power came back on a few seconds later the machine would not proceed with the programme, in the lcd display pannel it says see user guide with the the letters and numbers E30. i do not have a user guide as i bought it reconditioned, can you tell me how to either cancel the programme so i can reset the machine or how to get it going again
