I had a new kitchen sink installed and a new garbage disposal along with it, and now my dishwasher doesn't seem to rinse, and there is water standing in it after the cycle is done.

Hello Sharon, if you unplug the outlet hose where it connect to the waste under the sink, check there is a hole there as i have found examples where the hole was still sealed.
