hi can someone please help me urgently, i have 2 kids and my husband is away, i managed to change the seal on my hotpoint aquarios wm63 went to fit it back together and have noticed a wire from the door that has come off somewhere. its brown with a little brass connector on the end, i have had a look but cannot find anywhere for it to go. please if someone can help me i would appreciate it so much. I HAVE LOTS OF WASHING!!!!
What is the sequence for the door wires on a Hotpoint 1200 First Edition.

hi there many thanks for your help but i have now fixed my machine...........it was from the door the on/off button.

this wire may of come from the timer unit is it long enouh to reach the programer unit if so look for a spare pin on the timer unit.
also there should be three wires to the door lock
