the drive belt will not turn drum when loaded?

my zanussi condenser dryer TC481W the drum willnot turn when loaded how can I fix ?

The problem with your TC481W t/d is most likely to be the electrical capacitor on the side of the motor which is accessable by removing the right side panel viewing from the front of the machine- should only cost about a fiver
