MY CANDY FRIDGE FREEZER c2913F/9, 8 YEARS OLD,IS NOT WORKING PROPERLEY,SOME OF THE CONTENTS,WHICH WERE IN THE TOP BASKET OF THE FREEZER HAVE DEFROSTED,AND A BOWL OF WATER THAT I PUT IN TOOK DAYS TO FREEZE.NOW MY FRIDGE PART IS NOT COLD ENOUGH AND ITEMS HAVE SPOILED,WHAT IS THE PROBLEM,IS IT THE THERMOSTAT?ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRIECIATED
Check down at the bottom of the freezer compartment behind the drawers - is it all iced up? This is a problem that can be solved by defrosting the freezer (yes, I know it's frost free but if it's been left open at all then frost and ice will collect.
