User Manual/Instructions For J25-32 MK111 (Johnson & Stanley)?

I have got a warm air centrol heating system, model no: - J25-32 MK111 made by Johnson & Stanley. The gas warm air is working O.k but it does not supply me with hot water so i have got to put on the emersion heater to give me hot water. The water in the pipwork of the system is hot but it does not come out hot from the hot taps have you got any sujjestions on why?
If there is a user manual/instructions for this model can you 'E' mail me them to 'peter.henderson@thermofisher.com' so i can understand the system more.
