Easy as pie: Remove the plastic skirt from over the front wheel that has the drive pulley over it. Usually there are two bolt heads under the mower holding the skirt. You may have to scrape away encrusted grass clippings to see the heads. Once the skirt is removed, you will most likely find a twig or two caught in the pulley. The belt will be off the pulley. Remove the twigs, pry the belt back on the pulley and screw the skirt back on. You'll be good to go.

Reads to me like the drive belt has come loose from the engine.
This drive belt is attached from the blade shaft to a small drive at the rear wheels. the belt can either be broken or simply come off the pulleys
