my new mikomi m6217 PC Camera says that the new windows vista dosent?

have enough memory to use it is this true?
what do i do?
how can i get it to work and i'm sure the new brand of computer should be compaterble for my devise!!!!??

it wont work on my vista laptop or my boyfrieds vista desktop, it should warn people on the box
