Why did my Panasonic CT-32SX just quit?

I turned on my TV and then a few seconds later it shut off. It seemed as if someone had pushed the power button but I realized the pictured shrunk to the middle of the screen then shut completely off. Now there is nothing. Totally dead. Suggestions?

I am experiencing the same problem. I am really torn as to whether I have this repaired or not. Did you end up servicing your TV? Panasonic is being very tightlipped about what the problem might be.

If you have any specific info on what this "power supply" feature is it would be very helpful.

I just found your question and I have the same model that had the same symptoms - it wouldn't turn on.

Come to find out its the power supply that fails this particular brand of TV. It was easy and quick to replace, about $120.00

Hope this helps those out there with the same TV and problem
