how to fix my Toshiba sd-1850sa problem?

my dvd player Toshiba sd-1850sa won't load any disc at all keep giving me this error 'please check disc' hope anyone have this problem can help me thank alot and may i know this there any firmware for this dvd becuase i think of maybe if update the firmware will help

I have the same problem with my sd-1850sa Toshiba player. I have written incorrectly the number before.

Please does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I have exactly the same problem with my SD-1859SA Toshiba player. I am thinking now to throw it out.

Or before I throw it out, can anyone really answer how to fix my Toshiba SD 1850sa problem?
