HOW CAN FIX MY JVC TV AV-K21T?
my set when i switch on the red led blinks and goes off,i have checked the power supply and found ,fuse intact,replaced regulator STR6654,no change.when i measure voltage on the primary im getting 350v.chopper is producing a hissing sound.no 5v,12v and B+,what do i change since i have checked all parts in the primary power supply.please assist.
