Zanussi Intelligent Intelli-set Fridge Freezer?

Fridge is no longer as cold coupled with the fact that the alarm is not activating when fridge door is left open please advise?

Why is the manual for this Refrigerator not online and not anywhere in the world for offer?

Who are the manufacturers of the product, why would they not do something about providing a common manual.

Many people are complaining about this product, and the manufacturers have kept mute over the years.

I think the Company should be held responsible for making refrigerators without answers for problems the items is likely going to give to the purchaser.

Same problem here, all i can do without a manual is press and hold the green power button twice (switch off and back on). not a permantent solution I know but doesn't happen that often.

How the eky pecky do you change the bulbs in these things. Help! I've shattered one trying to get it out. Mauual lost and can't find instructions online

I have flashing lights too, and also cannot find my manual. My fridge freezer is barely 4 years old - it cost over £400 this is not representitive of value for money!
I'll avoid Zanussi at all costs!

Flashing lights is bad basically. It means the temperature is low or there is another fault. The instruction booklet simply advises to either: clean fridge, move things around, stop opening doors so much or then, if none of that works (which obviously it's all common sense so you would have done that anyway) call the help desk 08705 929 929. That will put you through to local Zanussi specialist who will help and charge the earth. Other people from yellow pages will not touch a zanussi. Best off buying a new one basically!
