send pictures to pc email?

I have a paasonic GD87 and can't email my pictures to my photo's i keep getting a message saying please check server settings

i have a disk an have my pictures on it .i have put it on the pc but when i go to my email an try to attach to my email it want work are go threw

On mine I had to get the GPRS email settings from the phone network, then I just email to my normal email account the same as i would from a computer
