Display is dark but machine still sews?

My Touch Tronic 2001 works however you cannot tell what stitch you are using because the display will not light up. Any suggestions?

Hello Kay,
More than likely the small bulb has gone, I would not advise that you do it yourself unless you can get to it very easily.
