What is the problem with my pottern profile 60E?

My heating system has been playing games lately. It reflected on the water heating system, the water never has been heated enough, no matter how long you put it on, no matter what sort of temp you choose.

I observed today, notice the gas does burn for 1 minute every about 30 minutes.

Could anyone point out what the problem is?
