how can i fix my servis logic 1500 washing machine?

My service machine washes ok,but I need to drain the water from the bottom before it will spin,then again I need to drain it after spinning.thought it might be a blockage but I have cleared all rubbish that might have caused a problem,could it be the motor/pump attached to the black rubber tube,Help.Jamie

sounds to me like you have the same issue i had...
where it would not spin and just freezes during the cycle...
it was an issue with a burn out on the logic board i had to re solder a bit on the back of the board... it worked a treat saving me £135.00 i was advised thou that the service 1500 should never really go on the 1500 setting only the 1000 or 1200 as the 1500 causes the board to short out.. eventually is a design fault apparently
