I had problems replacing the bulbs and called Ikea's customer care. I was told to use the suction cup that came with the light fitting (!) Should pop out when pulled with the suction cup...

Yes, I have this fixture in my bathroom and it can be dimmed.

However, removing the bulbs after they die out is tricky. Any advice on that?
