My washing machine stopped spining CE104, have already cleared filter, but nothing changed. Who can i call to come and have look on it. asap

There is a sump on the drain pump. It is a black rubber container fitted with two spring clips. It may be worth checking this as it is usually full of coins etc. Hope this helps

Hi There,
I don't know where the filter is, but think this is the same model as the one I have. Do you know where the water goes from the tumble dryer cycle. I have a feeling I have a blocked pipe or something as the clothes come out of the dryer cycle smelling of mould.
