candy fridge freezing up?

The inside of my candy cbca260 fridge keeps freezing up and then defrosting, its nearly as cold as the freezer, thermostat is only on number 2 is this normal

If you phone hoover / candy 08705 400 600 ask for parts department, or go to the hoover candy website. You can buy the part.
You need a 'Electric Board Kit'

My candy 260 is also freezing up and it is set at 2.
It was bought in Dec 2007.
