how can i fix my creda tumble dryer 37747?

when i turn the tumble dryer on the noise is there but the drum is not going around i had a look at the side part where the motor is there is a click every now and then as though it wants to start but it doesnt any help would be gratefull

Sounds like the belt has broken,UNPLUG, take off the lid and see if the belt is OK.If the belt is OK it could be start capacitor on the motor or the motor itself.
