My boiler does not fire up.the ignitor just sparks all the time... but when i loosen the (casing - front) the boiler lights no problem. It is not working correctly. How do I fix it??
have you checked the ignition lead ,it may be sparkin against the caseing ,or there may be a prob with the pressure switch,to check pressure switch suck on the red tube connected to it if boiler lights just change the switch.

If you take out the fan, just inside the outlet pipe of the fan unit are a set of like baffles, they are only held in with one or two screws, anyway, take them out, wash with soap and water, replace and fire up!

It sounds like the flue is not letting in air, maybe It's blocked.
