how can I fix my westinghouse LT809S washing machine?

Water coming from under the machine, and warning of a blockage. Have checked for blockage and nothing found.
If the outlet pipe is the same size as the drain line, would that cause the machine to keep warning of water problems?
We have just moved to Southern France from Australia, and prior to moving we've had no problems with the machine.
