how to stop my smeg washer dancing all over the kitchen?

just had our kitchen fitter back for the 4th time and still our brand new SMEG washer dryer dances out of it's cabinet and into the middle of the floor every time it spins!

Never seen anything like it. tried bracing it at each side, blocking it to the front at which point it almost pulled our worktops off

Little help anyone????

Sounds like the transit bolts havent been removed if it is brand new,have you got the instructions? there is usually some bolts on the back you remove to allow the drum to float,the drum inside the cabinet should wobble around when moved if not the whole machine wobbles.If the supplier fitted it they should have done that,the instructions tell you how to free the drum before use.
