Sime Super Four locks out. takes 3-4 times with reset button to boot up?

I had the same problem, a sime engineer advised to replace the black ignition box - a FM31 Brahma Box - he actually gave my symtons before i told him about them ie a v common problem. solved it completely.

If you're getting someone in it may be worth getting them to change the sacrificial anode, only £20 but will make your £400 cylinder (yes, thats just for the cylinder..) last a whole lot longer - ive just changed mine and the old one had completely disintegrated.
