how can i fix my gas oven,leisure,victoriana deluxe?

gas ovens not working.there doesnt seam to be any gas coming from them and no ignision spark.

victoriana deluxe..twin oven both with low flame won't go higher then one but knobs on 8 etc

Turn cook period switch on the cookers clock so hand symbol showing.
Turn and push in oven control knob anti-clockwise to number 8.
oven should ignite on its own.
Continue to push for a few seconds to ensure gas flow.
