how do i adjust the carb for a honda CGV 160 engine?

the engine is running too rich with black smoke.

You let engine get to operating temp and turn idle mixture screw in thill the engine starts to die and then back out untill you get the highest rpms from engine........
Needle and seat might be sticking also or float level too high if black smoke still exists....check air filter for being clogged up too.......
