where is the bonnet release on my ford mondeo?

I can't find the bonnet release in my 2002 ford mondeo graphite

Simple (now I've found it) :-). Turn the whole front badge fully anti-clockwise. Insert key and unlock. Make sure (important) the badge is fully turned to the left. Bonnet open, job done. Remember the secret is to turn the badge fully left.

question - under that huge suitcase like plastic covering is there actually an engine - i wonder cos it's quite gutless

i just bought a 2001 ford mondeo and the bonnet release is indeed a key hole behind the front Ford badge on the grille, hope this helps

the first comment is the correct one,under the front ford logo

although there was a change in 2002 with fords using the ford badge on the front grill hiding the key hole. try turning the ford badge and there should be a keyhole for ignition key. put it in and turn and bonnet pops up

hi the release catch is in the drivers side left hand corner just above the footwell near the door .if not it is broke off,and you need to replace it? all catches for monnys are based their
