vaillant vuw 242e?

fan starts up but nothing else happens then goes to lockout,i have linked the pressure switch out but will not fire up,no spark at electrode as well

have tried all them still no joy,electrodes are not sparking, boiler goes through sequence then goes to lockout

I had the same problem British Gas came today and fixed it, there was a blockage in the tube

Most probably is the APS. Check that there is voltage from the board to the switch, check AP tubes are intact and venturi's are clear of obstruction whilst your there.
