help. hoover nextra frost free upright freezer?

My freezer intermittently leaks water from the front. When I open the door there are pools of ice from where water has leaked and the leak seems to be from the top compartment.

I poured boiling water down a tube at the back whixh seemed to clear a blockage but the problem has recurred.

Is this problem fixable permanently?

find the drain tube at the back and see if you can blow down it to unblock it properly.if it has a spout on the end remove that and clean it
