I have a nice Ferguson DAB radio, model FRG-R116D. It just stopped working, after a phase of just being difficult to turn on, and then a phase of only being able to find two stations. There's no obvious way to open it up. In theory, can it be fixed? I don't think I could do it myself so is there anywhere I could take it to be fixed or do people just not bother these days?
Possible?.... Yes|
Easy?.... not so much. The screws are weird sizes and most of the electronics are surface mount stuff.... and the tactile switches are not very good quality. If you have some time then give it a go but probbaly not worth paying labour for someone else tp fix it.
