I have a Samsung DVD-V5650B DVD-VCR combo that when I insert any VHS tapes it automatically ejects them.

My mother has the same model player you do. What I did was open it from the back only to find a strip of paper lodged between the gears. After I took it out, it worked fine. The paper was one of those VCR paper strips that you peel off and attach to your cassette. Obviously when mom removed the cassette from the box, she also inserted the paper by mistake. Hope this helps.
