juki luh526 industrial sewing machine?

while sewing the machine made a noise (clunk) and walking foot, stopped walking. when needles go down they do not pick up thread from spool, and when sewing, material is stationary and does not move.

Your machine is equipped with a safety clutch. There is a silver reset button on the bed of the machine. While pushing down on the button, turn the hand wheel in reverse. It will be a little hard but you should feel a click/pop when the clutch re-engages.

Hello Greg,
If the teeth are not moving at all you may have broken something underneath so you need to look, if the machine will not now pick up the thread it may need retiming, turn the balance wheel by hand towards you and see if the teeth move, they may have been knocked lower than the needle plate.
