MY freezer self defrost is not draining correctly water is leaking
from the front of the freezer out of the self defrost panel inside back of freezer ?
Use a hair dryer to remove existing ice in bottom of freezer, inspect drain in the rear of the freezer compartment and drain tube that runs underneath of the fridge to the condensate pan.. Most models use a 'P' trap in the drain line to prevent warm air or moisture from entering which works well but can clog on occasion.. Good luck
