My storage heater, Dimplex XT24 Series F, has stopped heating up. the power supply is fine but the heater remains cold. There hasn't been any interruption to the powe supply or knock/damage to the heater. Any suggestions?
I have the Dimplex XL range through the house, and 2 of mine are cold.
I know the creda storage ones have a reset button inside....anyone know if the Dimplex ones are the same? Should I remove the cover?
Have been using Halogen heaters but incredibly expensive as on all the time!

I have 3 Dimplex XLSN storage heaters in my rented flat and none of them seem to be working. I don't know what the tenants have done but does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the heaters working again? The power is on but the heaters are stone cold. Thanks

On the XT24 series G there is a reset button located on the boost control, just push in the boost control button and if it clicks it reset"s the heater, if this is not the fault then it could possibly be thermostat problem. Hope this helps.
