Mend Honeywell Accenta 8 Sensors Working

Accenta 8 all pir sensors not working?

After stripping wallpaper round a PIR sensor the alarm will not set. When code is tapped in to set alarm all 4 zones are highlighted on remote key pad but alarm does not set. I've also noticed that none of the four PIR sensors light up when you move hand in front of them. There is power to the system. The tamper light is not on. Any ideas?
