how can i fix my citreon saxo?

i have a saxo 1.0 and the heating doesnt work i have checked the fuses they are fine enyone got any ideas?????

I had a Citroen ZX with the same problem and it turned out that the wiring for the airbags went through a wiring loom with an in-line plug and socket under the driver's seat. This plug had probably become slightly disconnected because when I disturbed it the light went out. It happened every few months after that and I had to hold the plug and socket together with tywraps.
