how can I fix my Symphonic 32" lcd tv?

sounds like you have cracked the pcb(printed circuit board),or maybe a dry solder joint,either way it points to the power supply to as why its in standby mode,take it apart and look for any obvious cracks on the circuit board,if you find any bridge solder over where the breaks are,hope this helps
