not able to get pulse to tone dialing bt verve 500 phone?

bt verve 500 cordless phone no instructions to help with change pulse to tone dialing ?

same here and it is definitely pulse! how do I switch it back, there seems to be no option in the menu!

What makes you think that it IS pulse dialling? Most phones haven't supported pulse for years.
