Turn petrol on at the tank (make sure the petrol is fresh).
Apply full choke and full throttle (these could be combined)
Pull the starting cord briskly a few times - remove choke immediately engine starts.
If no joy, remove spark plug, and clean. Crank engine over a few times, replace plug and try again.
