Passenger door fails to unlock with central locking on my Citroen Xsara?
The front passenger door doesn't open when my Citroen Xsara is unlocked from the driver's door. This means that the car always has to be locked from the passenger door and can't be done from the remote control. It seems to be just stuck on this door and has occasionally worked randomly again (but only once or twice before stopping working again). Any ideas what I can do?
check the bunch of wiring going into the door. you may find that one or mor are broken or loose. Fiddly to reconnect but fixed the same problem for me.

Thank you. Would you take it just to a normal garage or would it need to be a Citroen one?

i had the same problem with my xsara, we took it to the garage, it was a loose cable under the dashboard, and needed a new fuse, total cost about £50
