how do you bleed the cooling system, car overheats and the is a gurgling sound in the expansion tank. i have just fitted a new radiator

Fill the radiator brim full through its own filler cap, squeezing the rubber coolant pipes as you do so to expel any air. (Heater on for this). Look for the top heater hose and see if there are any bleed caps there. Its sometimes worth disconnecting the top rad hose at the thermostat end to let the air escape as you slowly fill the system.
