nissan primera p12 beeping when left indicator on?

when i press left indicator in my 2002 p12 primera,not only does my seat belt beeper start beeping my display starts flashing,andif i press the brake pedal at the same time my reverse camera comes on while i am driving forwards!
please help!

Check for bad earths in multiplugs of rear lamp units, may require repair looms inc. multiplugs and renew bulb holders, if beeping noise while indicating continues, take to garage with suitable diagnostic equiptment and scan body computer, there is a setting to turn off 'audible trailer warning' in body ecu, do this....hopefully problem solved!

You have an earth issue with one of your rear light clusters, that is throwing the system and throwing the electrical gremlins. It's a common fault.
