Unlock Ford RDS EON 4500 Audio?

i have bought a new car and the radio was refitted to the car prior to me buying it and when i turn it on it states locked. How can i unlock it and can i do this myself ?

What does the display say?

LOCK10 or LOCK13

If the radio is not stolen then the answer is available via

If it says LOCK13 then it will have to be taken into Ford or a Radio Decode Specialist to be unlocked .

Rather expensive though .
