How can I fix my McCullough trim mac 210?

My McCullough TrimMac 210 petrol strimmer cuts out after only a few seconds after starting (and is difficult to start). I have cleaned the plug, the filter and replaced a split fuel tube but still no improvement. What next?

Darin it and replace with fresh fuel and replace the spark plug, should be ok then.
