drain hose out of stand pipe place into a empty bowl now lower bowl to the floor water should now flow by GRAVITY. when water has stopped find and clean filter,clean all pipes from the bottom of the drum to the end of the drain hose,inspect the pump, check operation, a replacement maybe required
machine CANNOT SPIN if it still contains water . due to a blockage or faulty pump.
