My heatslave oil combi boiler keeps locking out?

My heatslave oil boiler keeps locking out. There is oil getting through but it does not seem to be igniting.

I have taken the cleaning hatch off the top and when i swithch the boiler on there is definatly atomised oil going through, there just seems to be no ignition, (probably a good thing really when i think what might of happened if it had ignited). I have cleaned carbon deposits off the ignition system, checked the filter behind the atomiser, and cleaned the photocell, still nothing.

Your fuel solonoid is probably faulty although there is fuel to the boiler, when the solonoid clicks open to feed the boiler it doesnt let any through. Hence it wont fire and locks out.
