Mend Optima G3 8EP396 Alarm Fine Months

Optima G3 8EP396?

Alarm was working fine untill electricity went off couple of months ago. It is not working properly, accepts code but exit beeps never stops....
also i have noticed now that power light goes off but day light is ok if mains(Electricity) is switched off....

Any help please......
