Mend Rover 420 Immobiliser Bypass

how can i disable an immobiliser rover on a 420 98model?

i lost the keys for my rover 420td 98model, ive fitted new locks and ignition barrel but havnt got an alarm fob and carnt turn immobiliser off, can anybody tell me how to bypass it please.
